The Fray have a new tune out and it’s being used as the official promo for the TV show Lost. The hook? Our old friend emin, C, G, D. Currently Beyonce’s If I were a Boy is number six on itunes while the Fray tune is number 11, although I think it only came out today. So, if you wanna hit, snag ya some emin, C, G, D and go to town.

I created this chart of our national (and possibly your personal) circumstances and thought I’d use it as a basis of a humor piece. I created little colored boxes as a key for the humorous text that was to ensue. It didn’t. Oh, I wrote something, but it wasn’t funny. I’ve tried over the years to keep a sense of humor at this blog, but now I find I can’t meet my own minimum standards. Change we need, indeed. Here are the color keys in case you still have funny and want a project.

Perhaps you recall that Goldman Sachs, in return for a corporate handout from one and all, decided to skip executive bonuses this year. You can imagine how hard that is for a go-getting, eye-on-the-prize Goldman Sachs executive, and rest assured these are not the kinds of personalities to address the destruction of their personal wealth by staring out the window. No, these people find a new business model and execute, execute, execute.
