Circuit City phone firewall.
My nightmares with Panasonic, Circuit City and their City Advantage warranty program have reached the point where the ridiculousness is starting to have some entertainment value. As I might have mentioned earlier, I’ve decided to bring these people to small claims court. To start the process, I sent a simple email inquiry:
Your failure to provide me with documentation of your many, many repairs to my television caused me to lose the class action remedy from Panasonic on my PT50lc13 TV. Therefore I considering legal action. I need the names and addresses of your corporate officers as well as the name of the store manager of your Circuit City Buckhead store in Atlanta Georgia as of January, 2005. Thank you.
I received this response:
Thank you for contacting circuitcity.com. If you have a legal case pending or you wish to take legal action regarding any issues you may have with Circuit City, your lawyer may contact our legal department at:

So I called. After which it was apparent I would have to send a registered letter. Please note that this audio of the fully operational Circuit City Phone Shield has been edited to spare you the thirty second intervals between assurances that someone would help me shortly.
